GOTAFE is seeking a motivated recruiter to interview and screen candidates, match associates with client requirements, and conduct orientations. You will document recruiting activities in the ATS and maintain strong relationships with both associates and clients.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with solid customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous staffing, recruiting, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Using sound judgment to identify qualified candidates for available positions.
• Matching associates with client expectations and job requirements.
• Conducting associate orientations and preparing employees for assignments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with associates and clients.
• Documenting recruiting activities and employee information in the ATS with provided training.
