CDR General Services LLC is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support recruiting operations in Lafayette, LA. This on-site role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates, with day-to-day communication conducted in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of open positions
• Post job openings on job boards and social media
• Communicate with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish
• Use ATS systems to track applicants, manage candidate pipelines, update records, and maintain job and client information
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews, and support onboarding
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication standards
• Coordinate start dates, collect required documentation, and assist candidates through the hiring process
• Support compliance with company and client hiring requirements
• Conduct drug tests and background checks as required
• Make outbound calls to candidates and clients
• Receive inbound calls and provide customer service
• Send mass texts and emails using strong conversational etiquette
• Coordinate door-to-door community job advertisement as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• 1 year of previous recruiting or staffing experience (or relevant experience) is required
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Experience using ATS or relevant CRMs/software is required
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily hiring targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Schedule and Work Location

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; on call as needed
• Work location: In person
• Location: Lafayette, LA (Lafayette, LA 70509)

Compensation and Employment Details

• Employment type: Full-time
• Salary: USD 45,000 to 50,000 per year depending on experience
• Pay: $45,000.00 per year
