Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking multiple bilingual recruiters to join our growing team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding across offices in CA, IL, GA, TX or NJ, with a competitive hourly rate and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, coordinating schedules with hiring managers, and extending offers while maintaining accurate candidate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
