YQN is seeking multiple bilingual recruiters to join our team. This role can be based in our office in CA, IL, GA, TX or NJ, with Georgia remoter options in Buford.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding to hire qualified and motivated individuals who align with our company culture. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong communication skills, and a preference for bilingual Chinese ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
