Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to communicate with candidates, employees, and clients.
• Experience using social media and online recruiting tools to identify candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and basic computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in available positions.
• Conduct new-hire orientations and complete onboarding documentation.
• Use ATS to maintain candidate and employee records; training provided.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and assignment status.
• Coordinate interviews, work schedules, and employee assignments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and employees.
