Automation Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a driven Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to join our Houston team. You will recruit candidates, screen applicants, and assess fit for roles while handling payroll and related HR duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English and Spanish, demonstrates excellent customer service, and is proficient with Word and Excel. This is an in-person role with occasional overtime and weekend on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; computer savvy.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting job candidates and screening applicants.
