Kei Concepts, a growing restaurant group in Huntington Beach, seeks a Recruiter to coordinate recruitment for new openings and onboarding. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication with candidates and employees, and involves HR administrative tasks, interviews, and collaboration with HR and Operations teams.

Entry-level candidates are welcome; strong communication, attention to detail, and learning mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Spoken proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in recruiting, HR, admin, customer service or restaurant a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, eager to learn and collaborative.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Familiarity with MS 365 or similar office software; able to learn recruiting systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment across restaurant concepts, including openings.
• Provide onboarding and HR admin support as needed.
• Work with HR, Operations, and hiring managers to connect candidates with opportunities.
• Screen candidates in English and Spanish and schedule interviews.
• Manage recruiting boards, records, and outreach; provide timely updates.
