Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required, including the ability to speak with candidates and employees in both languages.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume roles and multiple departments.
• Familiar with Taleo or Dayforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across multiple departments and locations.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, schedules, qualifications, and urgency.
• Draft and post job advertisements using applicant tracking and advertising tools.
• Source candidates through job boards, resumes, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct bilingual phone screens and initial interviews in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Evaluate qualifications and help managers make hiring decisions.
• Prepare and extend offers within approved pay ranges and equity guidelines.
• Coordinate post-offer steps, including background checks and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Taleo and HR systems.
