Job summary

Westaff in Warwick, RI is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join our team onsite. You will interview, screen, and place candidates while supporting clients' staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

You'll build relationships with associates and clients, document recruiting activities in our ATS, and participate in orientations to prepare employees for assignments. Weekly pay and a supportive work culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Previous staffing or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.

Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) - Onsite in Warwick, RI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$20/hour DOE

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll play an important role in helping job seekers find meaningful employment while supporting our clients' staffing needs.

Responsibilities include

• Interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same! You might start your morning reviewing applications and calling candidates to schedule interviews. Throughout the day, you'll meet with job seekers, help employees prepare for assignments, answer questions from clients and associates, and work to fill open positions.

You'll spend a lot of time talking with people, solving problems, and helping others succeed. If you enjoy staying busy, multitasking, and making a positive impact, this could be the perfect role for you!
