You will manage candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and providing a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field; experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of recruitment experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Spanish proficiency required.

Responsibilities
