You’ll build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers across multiple time zones to fill critical roles efficiently and effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of recruiting experience within a technical industry (AEC/engineering/ construction).
• Proven success sourcing passive, hard-to-find professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Bilingual in French and English is required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into focused search strategies.
• Strong candidate assessment, relationship management, and offer-closing skills.

Aufgaben

• Support full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, closing, and acceptance.
• Build and prioritize talent pipelines ahead of demand, focusing on hard-to-fill roles and geographies.
• Develop sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn (Boolean, referrals, associations, competitor research, geographic mapping).
• Identify passive professionals through personalized outreach and maintain relationships for current and future needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate screens covering discipline, credentials, client exposure, leadership, motivations, and compensation.
