Addison Group is seeking a dedicated bilingual Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for field positions in the Dallas area. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience recruiting for construction-related roles is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with strong organization.
• Strong interpersonal and candidate-focused communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field positions.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and the hiring team.
• Utilize bilingual skills to engage a diverse pool.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine staffing needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Oversee background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding steps.
