Town and Country Resort in San Diego, CA, is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles within a fast-paced hospitality setting. This on-site role supports onboarding, engagement, and HR initiatives, partnering with department leaders to build an engaged workforce.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in HR/recruiting, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 4+ years of Human Resources / recruiting experience.
• Hospitality or resort experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Create job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support team members and managers with HR-related questions and guidance.
• Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
• Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Support HR projects, training programs, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws, company policies, and hiring practices.
• Translate and communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish.
