Job summary

Supreme Staffing seeks a Bilingual Recruiter for end-to-end hiring of associates serving client and warehouse locations. This onsite role is based in Mesquite, TX. You will manage recruiting from sourcing through onboarding while maintaining accurate candidate records.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strategies, and keep the process moving. Strong bilingual communication and reliable local travel are essential for coordinating interviews and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and associate support.
• Onboard new associates and conduct check-ins at warehouse locations.
• Use multiple talent acquisition channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate candidate interaction details in the ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to help improve the hiring process.
• Perform cold calling to identify potential candidates and build industry relationships.
• Assist with the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials aligned with company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Schedule and work setting

• Work location: In person (onsite in Mesquite, TX)
• Schedule: 8AM to 5PM
• Open to starting at 6AM or 7AM for overtime as needed
