Job summary

Newrest Atlanta is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to connect talented candidates with hiring opportunities in an onsite role. You will support sourcing, screening, interviews, and employment-law compliance while communicating fluently in English and Spanish.

The position emphasizes coordinating hiring steps, engaging with managers and candidates, and maintaining compliant recruiting practices in a dynamic workplace.

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment across a variety of roles.
• Proactive, independent approach with the ability to take initiative.
• Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficiency with applicant-tracking software (or the ability to learn it quickly).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies aligned to the role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
• Support job posting and advertisement activities.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and help prepare interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assist with the interview process by attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
• Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience preferred but not required)
• 1 to 3 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring is highly preferred
• Minimum experience: 1 year
