Job summary

HR is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume staffing for warehouse, manufacturing, and general labor roles across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire in California. This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers $20.00/hour.

You will recruit, screen, interview, and guide applicants through onboarding, coordinating placements and start dates, while maintaining clear communication with both employees and clients in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Recruiting or staffing-agency experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
