You will source through social media, job boards, and networking, ensure compliant recruiting practices, and manage multiple priorities with discretion.

• Onsite in the Maineville area with travel to local locations (Lockland, Fairfield, Loveland, and Dayton)
• $65K-$75K plus an annual bonus opportunity up to 10%
• Monday-Friday, some flexibility with start/end times (as early as 7am)

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse candidate pools
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and networking to find top talent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and performing independently
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices
• Previous experience recruiting for hourly, operational, and salaried positions within the landscape or similar industries
• Familiarity with community engagement, job fairs, and building talent pipelines from diverse sources
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and leveraging marketing tools for talent attraction

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience in talent acquisition or HR administration (3+ years preferred)
