Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, recovery-oriented environment, with a proven ability to build meaningful connections with individuals served.
• A valid Texas driver's license is required, along with the ability to maintain approved driver status throughout employment.
• Candidates whose degree is not in Human Services must have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours in a human services-related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine psychosocial and emotional needs assessments and develop Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
• Connect individuals with community resources, provide rehabilitative services, and initiate crisis intervention when necessary.
• Document services in the electronic health record in accordance with agency and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary recovery team and participate in regular meetings and training opportunities.
• Prioritize client needs during crisis situations and advocate for services.
