Job summary

Premier Disability Services, LLC, a division of Internet Brands, seeks a receptionist to join our high-volume call center in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time, hourly role supports multiple departments with phone coverage, data entry and mail handling.

You will answer calls, transfer to the proper department, open and sort mail, and enter data into client files. We offer competitive benefits, PTO/ holidays, and growth opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a direct customer contact position preferred.
• Customer service orientation; energetic and outgoing personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and empathetic.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Can lift up to 40 lbs.
