Qualifications
Spanish speaker is essential for daily client interaction.
High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Experience with FileVine is a plus.
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Schedule appointments for clients to collect settlement checks.
Disburse settlement checks to medical providers.
Scan and upload e-faxes and digital files to the server.
Organize and archive physical and scanned documents.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic files.
Order office supplies as needed.
