Access Community Health Network is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Des Plaines location. You will manage check-in, data collection, appointment scheduling, and payments to ensure a smooth patient visit.

Position Summary

• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
• CPR/Basic Life Support Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Receptionist experience in a health care setting
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems experience

The pay ranges provided represent the minimum to mid-range for positions. Actual compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors including years of experience, educational background, market conditions, and available grant funding.
