Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, helping children with autism develop essential skills. You will work under a BCBA and contribute to individualized treatment plans while maintaining accurate data collection and notes.

This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or working with children with ASD.
• Effective English communication, verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session notes submission.
