Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, working with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate, individualized treatment.

We offer paid training, support for RBT certification, and competitive pay. Roles involve in-home visits or clinic-based sessions, with ongoing supervision and opportunities for advancement within the program.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Any experience working with children (childcare, teaching, early childhood) is a great foundation!
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating)
