Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans written by a BCBA, collect data, and maintain accurate session notes.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 25% to serve different locations. Benefits include health and dental coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism.
• Proficient in English communication (spoken and written).
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations and attend appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
