Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and care team to implement behavior plans and support skill development.

We offer company‑sponsored training, paid exam costs, and premium pay for after‑hours sessions. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, with travel up to 30 miles and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with children or in caregiving is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 miles for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions in‑home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach and similar tools to track data and conduct assessments.
• Participate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
