Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data, remain goal-oriented, and collaborate with a team of caring BCBAs to help children grow and learn in the ABA field.

The role offers flexible hours and a strong work-life balance, with a supportive environment and ongoing RBT training. Applicants should have an RBT certification, experience with autism, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism is preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes.
