Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Fanwood, NJ, is looking for a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, in-home or clinic settings, under BCBA supervision.

We offer paid RBT training and cover exam costs, plus enhanced pay for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates, evening sessions, and weekly supervision. Opportunities for advancement and a supportive team culture are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Prior experience with children, ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, move with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care such as toileting and eating as needed.
