Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, delivering sessions in-home within about 30 miles of your residence.

You'll work with a BCBA and care team, receiving paid training if not yet certified, and benefit from premium pay for after-hours sessions plus weekly supervision and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes within ~30 miles.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; we provide training and exam cost coverage.
• Experience working with children, ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule and physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (toileting, eating) as needed
