Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team to deliver personalized sessions, with paid training and exam cost coverage to help you start your RBT career.

Responsibilities include delivering individualized sessions, data collection, and collaborating in clinical meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with children (ASD) preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Conduct preference assessments and data tracking using CentralReach.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
