Job summary

Blue Jay ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Shelby, North Carolina. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and close collaboration with BCBA supervision.

You will provide one-on-one therapy, collect data, and assist in implementing skill-building plans while upholding confidentiality and a commitment to compassionate care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• In-home ABA therapy for children with ASD.
• Collaboration with BCBA and BTs/RBTs to deliver evidence-based care.
• Commitment to compassionate, integrity-driven workplace.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
