Illuminate is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You’ll track progress, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with families in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, is fluent in Spanish, and can manage flexible evening and weekend hours across multiple client sessions. Reliable transportation is required to drive between locations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Recent experience with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
