Illuminate is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work with families, track progress, and help develop communication, social, and life skills in a supportive team.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, documenting sessions on a smartphone, and traveling between client locations in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Experience with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings preferred.
• Flexible availability across days/times including daytime, after-school and evenings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Ensure client safety and implement behavior support plans.
