Job summary

Illuminate is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate clearly with families, and implement behavior support plans in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Fluency in Spanish and a valid RBT certification are required. Evening availability and reliable transportation for client sessions are essential; travel between homes is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Experience with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must maintain flexible availability across multiple days/times including daytime evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Engage with children and implement behavior support plans.
• Travel between client locations and maintain client safety during sessions.
