Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, either in-home or clinic settings, under the supervision of a BCBA and the care team.

We offer paid training, support to obtain the RBT credential, and pathways for advancement. Premium pay after 5 PM, bilingual pay, and weekly BCBA supervision are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required—training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
