Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings, under supervision of a BCBA. You’ll use CentralReach to track data and participate in team meetings.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; if not certified, we’ll train you and cover the RBT exam cost. Travel up to 30 miles is expected, with premium pay for after-hours sessions and opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Reliable transportation with travel up to 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team and track progress.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
