Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in home or clinic settings, partnering with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You’ll use CentralReach, implement behavior plans, track data, and communicate progress to families. Fluency in English and Spanish, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in‑home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
