Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are fluent in Spanish to join our growing team in Colorado. RBTs will provide ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings, guided by supervising BCBAs.

We offer strong supervision, mentorship for BCBA certification, and competitive wages. Positions available include both part-time and full-time roles with supportive, locally owned team environment.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Spanish fluency is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy directly to clients in homes, schools, and communities.
• Help learners gain life skills and independence.
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect data and write session notes for BCBA review.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably.
• Participate in ongoing training.
