Job summary

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Korean and English, comfortable communicating with both clients and internal teams, and capable of driving improvements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, supply chain, or subcontractor management.
• Background in hardware/ mechanical engineering or development.
• Project management experience, client-facing or cross-functional roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Korean-English bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Oversee supply chain operations and quality assurance processes
• Act as the primary contact for client-reported issues; assess situations and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with both clients and internal teams
• Monitor operational performance and initiate improvements when necessary
• Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams to meet client-specific requirements
• Support project management tasks related to customer engagement and service delivery
