CEF Solutions Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager (Korean-English bilingual) to oversee day-to-day client communications and the delivery of Shared Services, Back-office, and Contact Center operations.

The role requires hands-on coordination across client teams and internal support functions to resolve issues and drive performance. The ideal candidate will manage client expectations, track requests, and present operational reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5–8 years in BPO, Shared Services, Contact Center, Client Services, or Operations Support.
• At least 2 years in supervisory, team-lead, project-management, or managerial role.
• Experience communicating directly with clients and leading business meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day communication with the client and operations team.
• Coordinate operational activities across Shared Services, Back-office, and Contact Center functions.
• Serve as a key liaison among the client, operations team, and relevant support functions.
• Track client requests, operational issues, decisions, and action items with timely follow-up.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, productivity, quality, staffing, and other data.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective action plans with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present operational reports and business-review materials.
• Lead or support regular client meetings and reviews.
• Travel to client or operational sites as needed.
