Cesna-Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain processes, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries while coordinating carrier communications with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong negotiation, inventory control understanding, and proficiency with TMS, Excel, and Power BI. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and Korean/English bilingual skills are required for global client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Korean/English required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize time-sensitive situations.
• Proficiency in TMS, Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Understanding of transportation processes, hazardous materials regulations, and safety management standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries through communication and coordination with carriers.
• Provide visibility to management through tracking, monitoring, auditing, researching, and resolving operational issues.
• Verify truck arrival within the scheduled Pickup Appointment date & time; confirm vehicle location and ETA.
• Request rescheduling for recovery in case of truck no-shows.
• Identify high-frequency truck no-show carriers through shipment data analysis.
