The role emphasizes building talent pipelines, proactive sourcing, interview coordination, ATS data management, and KPI reporting, with English and Korean communications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet targets.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Proficiency in English and Korean communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Create compelling job descriptions and identify effective sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across functions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and market mapping.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Monitor KPIs and provide market insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Support employer branding and workforce planning.
