Qualifications

• Minimum Pre Advanced HSK proficiency in Traditional Chinese.
• At least 1-year experience in customer support and service analysis.
• Experience in BPO is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Plan, conduct & monitor testing and inspection of products.
• Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues.
