Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in Content Moderation, QA, or Customer Services.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in providing training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily monitoring, reviews, and assessments.
• Prepare documentation and measure quality performance.
• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Review client claims and non-compliance issues.
• Evaluate and audit team quality including reports.
