• Earned a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferably 1 year of Content Moderator experience in a call center.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
• Moderate content and take action to remove or flag inappropriate material.
• Analyze trends and patterns in content and report findings to relevant teams.
