Job summary

Quantiphi, a fast-growing AI-first digital engineering company, seeks a Test Automation/QA Engineer to support a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) deployment. You will validate DTMF IVR menus, call routing, and queue/skillset configurations against approved business and technical specs.

You will design and execute test scripts, coordinate UAT, and perform regression testing to ensure delivery aligns with business requirements before go-live. Bilingual French/English is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English is required.
• Proven QA/testing experience on large-scale contact center migrations.
• Strong understanding of IVR design, call routing, queues and skill-based routing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases/scripts for IVR menus and call routing paths.
• Validate DTMF menu logic and call flows against specs.
• Identify, document and track defects with developers and BAs.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure call flows meet requirements before go-live.
• Perform regression testing on call flows after changes.
