The role requires 5+ years in pursuit marketing, strong communication, and the ability to work across a matrixed global structure. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Professional services pursuit marketing experience (5+ years)
• Experience in A/E/C firm preferred
• Proficiency in InDesign
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of architecture/interior design industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pursuits
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Leads win strategy and messaging with pursuit teams and stakeholders
• Develops tailored pursuit content that differentiates the firm
• Drives storytelling and visual impact with design team
• Manages pursuit end-to-end from go/no-go to delivery
• Tracks pursuits in CRM and Asana with real-time visibility
• Maintains quality standards across all pursuit deliverables
• Mentors junior staff and reinforces best practices
• Measures pursuit quality and win contribution to inform improvements
