Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide information to the public and direct requests to appropriate person.
• Handle a variety of routine administrative tasks and inquiries.
• Answer telephone inquiries and accept customer payments.
• Prepare letters, reports, and other documents in compliance with policies.
• Respond to public records requests under Florida Public Records Law (Chapter 119 FSS).
• Safeguard confidential information and assist city staff at events.
