Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, part of the Therapy Partners Group, seeks a part-time Physical Therapy Technician in Oxnard. The role supports therapists, prepares treatment spaces, and assists patients with exercises and equipment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to ensure clear patient communication.

The position involves front-desk support during uncovered hours, scheduling, and help with billing and co-pays, while maintaining a high standard of patient care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; college degree in related health field preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service.
• Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain information clearly.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patients per procedures and protocols.
• Welcome patients and assist with therapy apparel as needed.
• Assist with front desk tasks including triage calls and scheduling.
• Assist in collecting co-pays and payments as required.
• Support therapists by preparing equipment and ensuring clean, safe environment.
• Answer inquiries and provide information to patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Perform general duties to support clinic operations.
