Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, invites a part-time Physical Therapy Technician to join our E Whitmore Ave location in Ceres. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish proficiency and a commitment to excellent patient service.

The candidate will assist therapists, prep rooms, manage front-desk tasks, and help with daily operations including scheduling and payment collection. Prior PMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a health field preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to multi-task in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and assist patients with therapy apparel and setup.
• Answer questions, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Triaging calls and supporting front desk to ensure a five-star patient experience.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory; assist therapists during sessions.
• Uphold privacy and follow all clinic procedures and safety rules.
