Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist at 3418 Loma Vista Rd, Ventura. The role requires Monday to Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm and bilingual English and Spanish.

You will handle phones, greet patients, schedule initial assessments, adhere to HIPAA, and coordinate with clinical staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems is preferred, with prior front office experience in a PT setting a plus.

Qualifications

• HIPAA policies adherence is required.
• Practice Management System knowledge and patient scheduling capabilities.
• Experience in front office within a physical therapy setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a friendly front-desk environment.
• Answer phones and greet patients professionally, with timely voicemail return and >85% call answering.
• Schedule initial evaluations and follow-up visits per plan of care.
• Communicate clearly with staff and external connections, maintaining confidentiality.
• Escalate patient issues to clinical leadership as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures.
